How do I get the right size for me?
We use two styles, a Classic Fit and a Slim Fit, which is highlighted on the description for each T shirt design. First look at the description of the T shirt you like to see which style of T shirt its printed on. Then click on the Size Info link to see a breakdown of the sizes for both the "Classic Fit" and "Slim Fit" T shirt styles. Choose the size thats going to adequately fit round your skin and add it to your cart.
So are the actual T shirts any good?
Supercharged Inc. T shirts are printed onto Continental® Collection T shirts at a specialist screen printers in the UK. Supercharged Inc T shirts are labeled in the back neck and also on the front hem. Continental® care instructions are inserted into an inside seam. Actually, yes, the actual T shirts are really nice quality, with a nice weight to them.
How much is postage?
We've decided to offer these T shirts at £24.99 including postage and packing to any address in mainland UK until December 10th, 2009. When you go through to final payment you will find no additional cost for postage within mainland UK during this period. After this point, p+p will be charged at £3.50 for mainland UK delivery, recorded first class. If you would like a T shirt shipping to any other location outside of mainland UK, anywhere in the world, as long as a shipping company ships there, we'll get it to you, but postage will be payable on top. T shirts are packaged in our own special printed boxes, on the back we write in which number print you have from the limited run of 100 per style. We think you'll find its all pretty special :-)
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you don't, when you click on the check out button, look for the link for customers who don't have a PayPal account and follow that.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to first acknowledge your order asap. Supercharged Inc is an evening and weekends business, but the stock availability is managed efficiently by this site, so if you were able to click "buy", then its in stock. We then aim to get it shipped asap but please allow 7 working days before sending us an email. Thats the longest it could take but you can expect to get your T shirt with in 2/3 days of ordering all being well. If you have a special requirement or its for a present etc, feel free to drop us a mail and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Returns policy?
If you get your T shirt and it doesn't fit, well thats no good. We want you to be as happy with your new Supercharged Inc. T shirt as we are. So return it to us within 28 days of receipt, with the returns form filled out and enclosed with the T shirt, complete in its original packaging in unworn condition and if we have the size you would like to exchange it for in stock, we'll send that out to you post free (UK only - everywhere else will be subject to postage payment being received). If a replacement size is not available, then we will refund you in full minus £3.00 for postage and admin.
If a Supercharged Inc T shirt is received as an unwanted gift, or you just plain don't like it :-( then send it back within 28 days of receipt, again with the returns form filled out, enclosed with the T shirt in complete original packaging and unworn condition for a full refund. UK returns are subject to a deduction of £3.00 per T shirt for postage and admin. International returns will receive a full refund for the cost of the T shirt.
You can return your stuff via your local post office. Please ensure you always get a date stamped proof of posting from your post office (These are FREE, but you need to ask for it) and hold onto all receipts confirming your order has been sent back until you receive your exchange or credit back onto your card.
We recommend using a trackable service when returning items back to us. Supercharged Inc will not be held liable for missing returns. The parcel remains your property until it reaches the Supercharged nerve centre.
Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your exchange or refund. If you have not heard from us within that period, then please contact us on [email protected] .
Our aim is for you to be well pleased with your Supercharged Inc purchase or gift, and we'll look after you as best we can. If there's something you don't like or aren't happy with, tell us and we'll fix it. If you're happy with everything and like our stuff and who we are, please tell your friends!
